Positive: The restaurants are excellent, offering plenty of food variety, with different traditional dishes every day, and the desserts were delicious. The beer was also very good. We had the chance to have dinner at the Italian restaurant Zigolini, which was great, and the waiters were very friendly. At Seagull's Pub, the drinks were very well prepared, and the bartender Abdullah was extremely kind. The housekeeping staff, as well as all the employees in general, were always attentive, helpful, and friendly. The beach was definitely the highlight: the sea is beautiful, full of fish, the sand is soft and without stones, and there are plenty of sunbeds available. If you arrive early, it’s easy to get a spot at the front, but even when not, we always found a place to stay. Towels can be left on the sunbeds during the day, so you can go for lunch or a walk without any worries. The manager, Katerina, also deserves special mention for her kindness. She asked if we needed anything or had any issues, and she extended our check-out time (including the lunch) on our last day. "I would stay at this resort again, provided it was in one of the renovated rooms within the resort."

Negative: We stayed in the Palm area and I would not recommend it. The rooms are located outside the main resort, across the street, and unfortunately do not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel: broken floor tiles, curtains falling down, an old and poorly maintained bathroom, and a very small, outdated minibar. The rooms inside the resort, on the other hand, seem renovated and are much nicer. Getting around is also not very convenient, as the golf carts are not always available, which often means long walks to the beach or restaurants. We were aware of the distance of about 500m, but we didn’t know the rooms were outside the resort and that the carts wouldn’t always be running. This becomes stressful, especially for those looking to relax or for guests with reduced mobility. For example, we called reception to request a cart to go to breakfast, but eventually gave up after waiting too long. For a 5-star resort, these rooms felt below expectations. In my opinion, the Palm rooms don’t reflect the same quality as the rest of the property. Although the manager was attentive, this didn’t make up for the disappointing room experience. Another point worth mentioning is that the hotel receives many Russian guests, and several entertaining activities are in Russian, which can be challenging for those who don’t speak the language.

Summary: Do not stay in the Palm area.
